Water service is provided by the Village of Morrill. There is a monthly flat fee for an average size residential lot. The fee is increased during the summer months for larger water consumers. Commercial establishments are metered water.

Electricity
Owned and operated by the Village of Morrill. Payments and deposits are made at the Village Office.

Natural Gas
Morrill is a member of the Public Alliance for Community Energy (ACE) which is a choice gas supplier in the Kinder Morgan Choice Gas program. KM also is a supplier.

Cable Television

Garbage
Torrington Disposal Service is under contract with the Village of Morrill to provide trash service. They provide two dumpster's for residents, a brown and a green. The brown dumpster is for typical household garbage, the green is for grass clippings.
