The Village of Morrill would like to do improvements to the aging Water and Sewer System. We have an opportunity to apply for Community Block Development Grants that would help significantly with payment of these very expensive projects. In order to apply for the CBDG grants we must first conduct an income survey. Please fill out your survey ASAP and send it back!

ALL VILLAGE OF MORRILL RESIDENTS
Soon you will receive an income verification survey from PADD (Panhandle Area Development District). This survey will be used for the Village of Morrill to apply for grants through various programs. It is VERY important that you all take the time to fill out this survey and to return it in the self-addressed stamped envelope provided. The Village of Morrill would like to do upgrades to our aging water and sewer system. The number of surveys that we receive back, makes a HUGE difference, on the amount of money, if any, that the Village of Morrill will be eligible for, in terms of grants. It is very important for you to realize as well, that neither your name, nor address, is associated with the survey. The survey is completely CONFIDENTIAL. In other words, there is no way to be able to tell who filled out the survey. The Village of Morrill just needs to have the average income for the average household size in Morrill.
