NOTICE OF SALE OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY
VILLAGE OF MORRILL, NEBRASKA
NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of Morrill, Nebraska, has the following real property for sale to wit:
One - Walker Mower with 48” Deck and High Lift Dump – Larger Hopper. Currently has 1151 Hours. Deck Serial Number 140889. Mower Model Number MTGHS, Serial Number 117028.
The surplus real property will be sold by sealed bid, with a minimum price of $5,000.00 and terms. Said bids shall be received by the Village Clerk no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at the Village Meeting Room, located at 118 S Center, Morrill, Nebraska. The property will be sold to the highest responsible bidder above the minimal price set pursuant to Resolution 19-09. The Terms are cash or equivalent due at time of bid opening.
